“CAMAL” LTD COMPANY WAS AWARDED A GOLD QUALITY MARK WITHIN THE “FOOD SAFETY” AZERBAIJANI CONSUMERS QUALITY MARK PROGRAM

The Free Consumers Union (FCU) has launched a program to award the “Food Safety” Quality Mark of Azerbaijani Consumers (AIQTN) to food products produced in Azerbaijan.

The “CAMAL” LTD Iceland ice cream production factory was awarded the Gold Mark. The company employees took part in the award ceremony held at the International Press Center.

Ice cream produced under the “Iceland” trademark (in 85 sorts) was evaluated for compliance with the HACCP system requirements and fully confirmed compliance with the requirements of the “Food Safety” Gold Quality Mark of Azerbaijani Consumers (AIQTN).

The Union Chairman Eyub Huseynov noted that goods under this brand will be promoted in 150 countries around the world, including Azerbaijani consumers. The new FCU initiative is supported by enterprises, governmental agencies and all consumers. The AIQTN Mark is reflected on the product label. It is expected that enterprises awarded the AIQTN Quality Mark will manage to achieve more successful results.
